At the Intersection of Indigenous leadership and Indigenous Entrepreneurship (a highlighted event in National Indigenous Business Month), CSU’s inaugural Indigenous business conference that brings together key researchers and industry individuals and organisations to discussion current research and industry research needs. Featuring international and leading national scholars alongside emerging Indigenous researchers, the symposium will feature latest research into Indigenous leadership and Indigenous entrepreneurship. Key Industry organisations and individuals will also present on their most pressing concerns, interests and hopes for research and development in the Indigenous leadership and entrepreneurship sectors. This niche symposium aims to create a critical research forum that encourages collegiality between researchers and industry and provide a spark for new/future research collaborations and ideas. Speakers include Professor Ian Williamson (Melbourne Business School), Dr Ella Henry (Auckland University of Technology), Dr Deirdre Tedmanson (University of South Australia) and organisations represented include National Centre for Indigenous Excellence, IBA, Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre and Supply Nation.
